Don't ever give up!
In 2014 I weighed in at 190lbs - even through pregnancy, this is was an all time high for me.
In 2009 I began my weight GAIN, My life began to take a drastic change (some good, some bad), One of them being, I quit smoking. To be honest. my weight was the last thing on my mind, until it was almost the only thing on my mind....
Day after day, I was tired, not wanting to buy myself nice things, not wanting to go places because I didn't feel comfortable with who I was...
In 2014 I got mad at myself - like something just clicked and I realized that I was going to have to make myself a priority.. and when that first decision was made, the rest followed.
I got determined, and I made some changes..
In doing so, I lost more than 50lbs....
I also lost 100 doubts a day
I lost that drained and tired feeling and it was replaced with energy and a want to do things again.
I lost the inability to fit comfortably into my own clothes.
I lost the sugar cravings.
I lost that irritability and frustration and feel happier/more content.
I never realized how much life's stresses got to my health until I started to get healthy... the better the choices I made the better I felt...
DID YOU KNOW?
Sugar affects the brain the same way cocaine does!
All it takes is some perseverance and will to not give up... don't cave to the crave!
With proper eating and exercise - I know it's possible - to not only look better but feel it..
Not only have I seen it but I've done it!
I don't care how many times you "fall off the wagon" - get back up! I will never stop stressing how important EVERY choice is! Make a bad one? Cave to the moment? It's easy to get discouraged when these moments come along but the truth is EVERYONE has those moments - But change comes when you push yourself past the point of giving up - if you want those results you have to be stronger than those excuses - and you will find yourself stronger every day. I'll be right here doing it with you!
