DRINK UP!!

Over the years I have heard a million different reasons as to why people struggle getting down a well rounded amount of water on daily basis.

Truth is - water is SO IMPORTANT, I really believe that if this is something you struggle with, it would be a fantastic first change. Make it a priority to consume more little by little. We can't get rid of something that is stuck in our body, you have to give it a way out.. 

Some of my favourites to add to my water are 
> apples and cinnamon
> pineapple
> cucumber
> oranges/tangerines/mandarins
> grapes
> lemon/lime

There was a time I didn't drink much water myself, I found it was dull and tasteless which I didn't care for and there were hundreds of other more tasty things out there... Not a day passes where I don't have my water now.
