Bunless Home Made Chicken Bugers - 21 day fix approved

























WHAT YOU NEED






1lb Extra Lean Ground Chicken


1 Small Onion - Diced


1 Egg


1/4 Cup Feta Cheese


1 Garlic Clove - minced


Mrs. Dash Spice


Himalayin Salt


Small Handful Chopped Mushrooms


Assorted Sweet Bell Peppers (optional)










ON THE SIDE




Tomato

Boston Lettuce




Combine ground chicken, egg, diced onion, mushroom, spice, garlic, feta, salt and peppers in a bowl and knead together until well mixed.




Form into patties about the size of the palm of your hand and 1/2 inch thick




Cook well! - Fabulous on the bbq!!




Use BOSTON LETTUCE AS BUN (it cups around the burger perfectly, containing all your toppings) _ love mustard and pickles on mine as well




REMEMBER*** THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MEALS PERFECT FOR THE FREEZER ON PREP DAY
